Instructions for receiving a PA RMEF License Plate:
Submit in one envelope:

1)   One check payable to RMEF for $40. ($20 goes to RMEF, $20 goes to PennDOT)

2)   License application, click here to download PDF file, with Section A filled out completely, and sign/date Section D.
