WAIVER & RELEASE FORM

            In consideration of being permitted to rent the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation's Elk Mountain Homestead ("RMEF Homestead"), the undersigned agree to accept all responsibility for the risks, conditions, and hazards, whether or not they are now known, which may occur during rental of the RMEF Farmstead. The undersigned agree to WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, members, and representatives from any and all liability, including liability for negligence, for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss or damage (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the actions or omissions of the undersigned during rental of the RMEF Homestead.

                  The undersigned has READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RMEF ELK MOUNTAIN HOMESTEAD RENTAL RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS, and the undersigned agree to abide by such rules and instructions during rental of the RMEF Homestead. The undersigned accept responsibility for all persons in the party.
